Betzavta

betzavta

Betzavta training enables participants to interiorize profoundly the importance of taking over responsibility and improve their abilities in decision making and creative conflict solving by recognizing individual and collective needs and the vast variety of possible strategies to satisfy them. Needs determine human behavior and are the most powerful leverage to unleash potentially unlimited resources. Betzavta combined with assertive nonviolent communication has shown to be a winning match in management training. Participants learn to recognize different conflicting positions as a source for creativity and innovation, to distinguish between apparent conflicts and real conflicts, between the problem and the person. Betzavta training enhances the ability and willingness to take over personal responsibility and make decisions.
Betzavta (Betzavta means togetherness in Hebrew) is a methodology that was originally developed in 1988 by Uki Maroshek-Klarman.

Assertive Nonviolent Communication

non violenta2

It’s not the conflicts in themselves we do not like. It is the way we deal with them. Assertive nonviolent communication offers viable alternatives exploiting the inherent potential for development that conflicts offer without damaging the relationship with clients, colleagues and superiors. This leads to increased performance, effectiveness and efficiency and at the same time improving overall wellbeing.
Assertive nonviolent communication is not equivalent to being  „good“ or to “give in for the sake of peace“. Nor does it mean to accept unpleasant behavior. It is though, a powerful tool to state the personal point of view without ever lacking respect for the other person.
In our training and coaching experience, assertive nonviolent communication enhances people development and accelerates learning and change.

LearnInProgress

learn in progress

In a continuously and increasingly faster changing world the ability to learn autonomously is essential to personal and organizational success. Training and coaching are important, but cannot substitute the willingness and ability of the individual to increase their knowledge and capabilities.  LearnInProgress is an essential part of our approach and focuses more on learning rather than on teaching. Participants receive simple but efficient ready-to-use tools to apply the newly learned contents effectively on a daily basis at their workplace, and continue to learn after the training, sharing their knowledge with others.
5 steps for sustainable learning: Acquisition (of new knowledge and skills), Awareness (of individual preferences and motivation), Accountability (of learning success), Action (to make goals happen) and Application (of the newly learned skills) and an entire Inner Team (individual learning preferences) to go for success.

Collaborative Learning

collaborative learning

Collaborative learning enhances sharing of knowledge and experiences and is based on interaction and active participation of all. Organizations, be it private, public or non-profit, need knowledge transfer, continuous learning and collaboration to ensure competitiveness and success, not to mention their very existence. In our approach the ability to learn collaboratively, to capitalize on one another’s resources and skills, is essential to all activities. It is our explicit goal to make sure organizations capitalize on all resources at their disposal and continuously develop them.

Distance Learning

distance learning

Presence is not always indispensable for effective and sustainable learning. According to research and our experience, distance learning enhances individual pro-activeness, self-motivation and effective goal setting. Managers and employees in leading positions or frequent business travelers will greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn whenever they have a time slot from wherever they are, as an alternative to classroom training or presence-based coaching.

Lo Yoga della risata

Laughter is the best medicine, binds people together, increases happiness and boosts your energy. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use. Learn how to laugh. You cannot feel anxious, angry or sad when you are laughing. Laughter helps you relax and recharge, to reduce stress and to increase energy, enabling you to stay focused and accomplish more. Although it does not solve problems it changes your attitude in a positive way towards them. Humor shifts perspective, allowing you to see situations in a less threatening light and enables you to find creative solutions to problems and alternatives to habitual behavior.
Laughter triggers endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. It makes it easier to learn and to keep up with challenges of all kinds. Seriously.
