Sylvie is passionate about people and organizations and is convinced that the “human factor” makes the difference. She spent half of her life abroad and learned a lot from the different cultures she lived and worked with. Her international background became a vocation for helping people to prepare for and to adapt to a new culture and environment. In her perception diversity and inclusive leadership add value to any organization.

Sylvie is a senior consultant, an expert in cross-cultural management training and coaching, participatory labor organization, Betzavta, nonviolent communication and training methodologies. Creativity, communication and people skills, combined with technical knowledge, research and innovative approaches are her major focus.

Involved individuals and teams, in other words a participating workforce from the bottom to the top, increase motivation and cooperation unleashing creativity and high performance to the benefit of everybody. Obtaining fast and efficient change management and getting tangible, measurable results from day one are her explicit goals.
